We can do as much or as little as you want and we’re geared only for Agencies, Developers, and Hosting Providers. Our mission is to help you launch and run your own hosting company. With our resources, you’re not in it alone, and can compete with the top providers. We focus on four key areas:

Infrastructure

We provide all infrastructure at what it actually costs us. Choose from using our Digital Ocean VIP account, your own Digital Ocean account, Vultr, Linode, or coming at the end of 2019, our own HC Cloud. Once you choose your IaaS provider, then choose from two fantastic stack/control panels. A laser focused WordPress only (Nginx) stack powered by GridPane, or a cPanel (LiteSpeed) stack that handles WordPress and more.

Asset Library

We’ve found that if one member needs something, another member probably needs it too. Instead of us each having to buy our own assets, we’re buying/developing it once, and whitelabeling it so that everyone can use it. From software to marketing assets, we have it all. We have many off the shelf solutions, as well as custom software being developed for our group. Our latest focus is building a learning center for our members.

End User Support

For most agencies, when they get a support request, they have to communicate that up to their provider, get passed between a first tier technician to a junior technician, then get the answer to communicate it back to the customer. We believe this is the wrong way to do it. We provide support directly to our member’s customers under their brand. We cut out all that inefficiency, and then staff our desk with only senior level engineers. You can go on vacation while our team handles support.

Business Support

From CTO advice, to being able to leverage our staff, to business continuity, we support your business on many vectors.  We help you bring all the pieces together. Today, we have a graphics design team, and so if designing graphics is not in your skill set, you can leverage our team. We plan to expand that to other skill areas as well. For business continuity, we’re in the unique position of being able to keep your business rolling until the plan is fully executed.

FAQS

Since the Hosting Coalition doesn’t sell to end users, we’re building a lead portal to geographically distribute leads to our members. We’ll then augment that with paid ad campaigns.

There are many ways to grow a business, and one of those is through acquisitions. Many of our members have bought other businesses, but some businesses are two large for one member to buy on their own. With this, we set aside a portion of the membership fee and also use investment funds from members to buy companies and then distribute the company proportionate to the members investment.

Lite plan users can only contact us through our ticket desk, while all other plans can contact Hosting Coalition staff through direct means like Facebook, Slack, SMS, Discord (coming soon).

On our Enterprise plan, if you or your customer has a problem that is not a simple fix, we’ll hire an expert (up to two hours a month) to solve it for you. For example, if you had a custom plugin that wasn’t functioning correctly, and needed a custom fix from a PHP developer, we’d engage a PHP developer. Over time, the Hosting Coalition will have staff on hand for all areas, and this time limit can be removed.
